Worthwhile noting that if all should stay with us and all do a Hicky, then we will get 10 years more from all but Vik, 15 years from half the team and Jack Shantry can do a quarter of a century and almost certainly have been a trophy-winning skipper by then; perhaps with his own young team around him. As I have said, I have followed Worcs. from the age of 8 and Botham/Dilley joined when I was 16. I will hit 40 on Wednesday - but if Shantry [for example] is with us till he is 42 [Hicky's age when he retired], I will be 63 and with bus pass when he does |

| Didn't realise it was on Sky. That means my evening viewing is sorted. For me I would leave out Arif from that XII. |

Too simplistic - bowlers need a range of tools at their disposal to be effective. Monotonous wicket-to-wicket bowling would be easily countered by a batsman with a modicum of savvy. |
