| All the other boards are having a stab at their team and player of the decade to while away the hours following RMJ's recent article - don't think we are quite ready to revisit this subject just yet The OSP of the decade is probably safer territory |

| If Bolly isn't on the list, then for me, it's Glenn McGrath! |

| Yes, despite the obviously glaring ommission by Asia I still voted ! On a serious note, that is quite an impressive list of players - especially for a small, unambitious, mismanaged club in the backwaters of English cricket. |

| Difficult to argue with Glenn's 114 wickets @ 12.00 in all competitions from 31 games at a SR of 29.0 (coincidentally he also made 114 runs @ 7.12), but we finished mid table in CC2, were relegated in the sunday league and didn't progress far in the knock out competitons so he was ploughing a lone furrow.
Zaheers 111 @ 26.23 in all competitions (38 games, SR 40.'80) on the other hand did lead to promotion to CC1 and the Sunday league Div 1.
Dougs all competition figures are not quite as good... |

| For overall consistent performances it would be Bichel. For the one off elation, and one of my fondest memories it would be Hall (Lancs Semi) Whereas, Mcgrath gave me the only season in 20, where I enjoyed watching us bowl more than watching Hicky bat, so that in itself is some achievement. Therefore My vote goes to mcGrath _________________ Alex Higgins R.I.P. Thanks for all my memories of a sporting legend.
