Yep, the Scot put up a good fight, but ultimately wasn't good enough.

Not being a Debbie Downer, but that was the biggest chance Murray will ever have for winning Wimbledon. An easy draw, no Nadal and on form for once.

Indeed....

I doubt he'll ever win Wimbledon- though the US and French opens may be more his cup of tea.

Makes you dream of the football season starting again. Mind you....

We might have another 10 years of Henman-type (hype) disappointments.

Can't wait for Sunday. Also the youngster Laura Robson (?) has made the juniors final.

It should be an amazing final. Either of them could win it. In a way I hope Murray wins, just so people will shut up about him not having won a slam, and being the first Briton in 74 years to win etc. etc. etc.

It's that time again.

Murray had a cracking result yesterday, and to date I don't think he's lost a set in the tournament

Will this be his year?

The Scotsman lost.

Just a thought on a certain razor company who based their international advertising around Federer (on the decline), Tiger Woods (not so squeeky clean) and Thiery Hand-of-Henry (on the decline and not so squeeky clean). Where do they go from here ?

Yep Murray lost in 3 years, I don't feel sorry for the Scotsman at all. He doesn't support England when the Scottish don't play- why should the English support him

I bet that they are all begging with gratitude that the England football team all grew beards for the duration
