Can't wait for this, which is strange as I can't ski, bobsleigh or even ice-skate for that matter. My hot tip for the Nordic Combined is Norihito Kobayashi from Japan. Although a good outside bet is Ole-Christian Wendel from Norway. You probably think I'm making this up The debate today is "does doing the Nordic Combined make you ugly or is it just compulsory ?" A classic nature v nurture conundrum. Make up your own mind.

For the duration of the tourny, we need to select the 'best' looking athlete for our avatar, then have to see whose selection does best. I've picked Ivan Sola from Croatia - Bobsleigh. Fortunately he has to wear a helmet.

LOL, why did they go for the mildest Canadian city I wonder?
Temperatures at 11-13c for the week ahead, and plenty of rain
Though I usually prefer the winter games to the summer ones

Some serious, bad news today. A luger has died during training after coming off the track and hitting a post.
