| How big's that new stand?? Went past it this morning! Every time I go past Sixways they seem to be rebuilding the ground. |

| Well, a dreadful start to the season today, going down to Northants - who have no Kolpaks by the way Hoping to get to see quite a few games this year as I never saw any last year. If anyone is interested I think it might be a good place to meet up and have a drink. |

| Disappointing performance but a cracking atmosphere. Franklin Gardens is a wonderful pace to watch rugby. Hopefully, Warriors can bounce back and not puttheir supporters through the mill again this season. |

| My poor attempt at a WBB-type report. Went to watch the boys playing some frogs today and the ground was suitably soggy. Think New Road after the clear-up ! I took my uncle to his first English match, he just moved here a few months ago from Durban, so this was easily the coldest match he's ever been to. The routine out there is that everyone has a BBQ before the game in the car parks so we've agreed that at the next match, no matter how cold or snowy we're going to start something new in the UK ! The match itself was truly a game of two halves. The first 30mins was possibly the worst rugby I've seen. Neither team seemed willing or able to be postiive and the ref stopped play continuously. Second half was better, play was more open and in the end we stuffed them. Poorish crowd, very little atmosphere. Dave Bradley was doing MC/commentary and he was a good laugh. Saw several people but most amazing of all was seeing warrior who was sat immediately behind us ! Bristol at home next week, would love to go - but another £60 ? Seriously considering a half-season membership from January which will give 10 home games. Hopefully, this will cost around £150. _________________ WCCC : County Champions Elect 2012

| The atmosphere is pretty flat for early round European games. Matches in the Premiership are far more lively. Agree that first half was poor particularly with the Warriors decision making. Thankfully, things improved after the break although the French ;ack of discipline cost them in the end.
I am also looking at a half-season ticket for January onwards. It looks to be decent value although with myself and my son to buy for, it will cost megabucks in addition to WCCC membership. |

| Still thinking about this one. If we can make all the matches then it's very good value. By the way, whereabouts in Wolverhampton are you ? That's one of my old stomping grounds. _________________ WCCC : County Champions Elect 2012

Fordhouses - North End of the City off the M54. Ridiculous isn't it - watch cricket and rugby in Worcester and football in Stafford - talk about being a glutton for punishment. |
