| Great to see you new guys here. Is having Shakib at Worcester really such a big deal in Bangladesh ? Great news if it of course.
It's also useful to hear your suggestions for other players. From what we've seen so far I'd be more than happy to see Shakib back next year. Do you know what international commitments Bangladesh have next summer and whether players would be available all summer ? Edit: to answer my own question - it's not looking good for 2011. Aussies visit Bangles April/May and then Bangles away in Zim for July/August. Which leaves June and possibly some of May and July >> a T20 contract ? |

| In coming month Bangladesh are playing agianst.... New Zealand in home late Sept/Oct 2010. (Date yet to be confirmed but kiwis should arrive on 20th Sept, should not affect with Worcester fixture) Zimbabwe in home late 2010/early 2011 (To be confirmed) West Indies: Before world cup. Still not confirmed Feb/March 2011: 50 over World Cup 2011. April 2011: Australia (2test 3 ODI) This series is on ICC future tour programme but knowing aussie they may find some excuse to cancel it. They have been playing cat and mouse game with BCB for last couple of years. After that I am not aware of any international commitment but you never know with Bangladesh Cricket Board. If Aussies do stay back after WC2011 in April. Shakib may miss early season in Worcestershire. He should be available by second week of May 2011. |

Wasn't he the opener who gave England a caning ? |

| Yes searchers, Tamim is the opening left handed batsmen. He is currently the top scorer in tests for 2010 with 837 runs in the tally. He has 113 fours and 9 sixes which is more than any one else by a mile. Very aggressive and he is known as the ferocious tiger in the sub-continent! |

| Unfortunately, big bully clubs like Surrey will sign him up and play him in the 2nds. I liked Tim's suggestion : ask your fellow countrymen to send £2 each to 'help the cause' _________________ WCCC : County Champions Elect 2012

| I hope that Mark Newton, the Worcestershire chief executive who does read this Forum, will be able to make use of the keen affection this Club is gaining in Bangladesh.
The Bangladeshi community in England- it would be nice to somehow get them involved. |

| Wow, this is great stuff, welcome Mo too I'm up the top end of Essex near Halstead, but often down in Romford town. Would love to see Tamim play for Worcs, he's probably the most watchable player in international cricket I reckon _________________ I am an architect, they call me a butcher I am a pioneer, they call me primitive
