| Right then, quick reminder to all that don't already know, but you have just one prediction for all of the games in the group stage of the Twenty20. It just seems the easiest way of doing it to be honest. I notice there are now a MILLION games in the group phase so be very clever with your predictions; and your reserve player could also be very useful!
In the unlikely event that Worcs make it the next round (more chance of me setting foot on the moon!) there will be a separate thread for that game. All points gained from T20 games will be worked out after the competition but won't be added to the overall table until towards the end of the full season.
Please get your prediction in by 2pm on Friday June 4th . I'm going to be strict with the deadline, so make sure you don't miss out! Any predictions made after the deadline will not be counted for the opening game against Yorks but you will be eligible to get points for the other games.
Thanks,

This raises a question for the Rules Committee. Xray has chosen a player who will only play four/five matches, and we also have Jayasuria and Jaques for a few games. How do we get around this |

| Serchers, I did this on what I thought was the implication of Tims post. If this means my selections are void then so be it, I will withdraw from the competition with good grace. |

| I can't see any problem with xrays guess. I would like clarification on this before I have my go.Surely overseas players are going to be a huge benefit in this tournment |

It's no more strange than choosing a fast bowler with injury problems (as if we had any of those!). Could you just confirm that you want S Smith as your first choice bowler, with Shakib as reserve, and Jayasuria as your reserve batsman, please xray? With them all being all rounders (and new to the club), I just want to be sure before we start on Friday. In conclusion, pick who you want, it's anyone's guess how the team will metamorphosise during the group stage. Will we be able to field 2 o/s players for each game? Who knows..... _________________ My first match: Headley, Turner, Stimpson, B d'Oliveira, Hemsley, Yardley, Ormrod, Wilcock, Gifford, Holder, Carter

| Tim My top two names are the first batsman and bowler, the second line are the reserves. |
