Table has now been updated to include points from the Somerset LVC game.

Apologies that I'm a bit behind with this and there is still the Durham LVC and Sussex P40 game to do! Don't have internet in my new house in Sheffield yet so had very little chance to get this done. Hoping to do updates for the last two games before I go off to Germany for a wee while tomorrow!

Yep they were added a few weeks ago, I think in page 5 of this thread. Will now make the calculations for the final two games!

The table has now been updated for the final time in 2009 and I can reveal that the winner is...

the_elegant_yak!

So congrats matey on an excellent win! Here is the final table for the record.

In the end there was no real contest although yeltzfan put in a valiant effort. The chasing pack down to 13th was really close and kept changing week after week while those in the bottom half had little to cheer them throughout the season! Serchers must be particularly disappointed with his Twenty20 challenge which saw his challenge killed off.

Thanks to everyone for taking part once again in what has been a very difficult season for Worcestershire CCC.

My title defence has been a poor effort, but somehow after a good couple of matches towards the end, finished 5th.

Europa League for me next season.

Thanks all and especially to Craig for organising it. I was pretty stunned to end up on top, after being a consistent bottom half of the table player in the last few seasons. Smile

I'm pleased we have a green jacket and not a yellow jersey.

May I just add my thanks to Craig for running this league.
As a fairly new player, I have to say it adds a further dimension to watching cricket at new road (the league gives an added interest)
So again, many thanks for the fine work and congrats to the elegant yak for winning.
I shall certainly be taking part again next season (lets hope its a better one).
